Netanyahu Says Too Early to Determine Iran's Role in Dubai-Tel Aviv Flight Incident

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said it is too early to determine whether Iran was involved in an incident involving a Dubai-to-Tel Aviv flight, in which a pilot allegedly stabbed another pilot aboard an Israel-bound plane.

The incident is being investigated in Saudi Arabia, according to Netanyahu, though further details on the circumstances of the alleged stabbing, the identities of those involved, or the current status of the flight and its passengers were not provided.

Netanyahu's comments reflect caution in attributing responsibility while the investigation remains ongoing, amid broader regional tensions involving Israel, Iran, and Gulf states.

The incident adds to a series of recent events involving flights connected to Israel and the Gulf region, though officials have not yet established a motive or determined whether the episode is linked to any broader security threat.

Authorities in Saudi Arabia have not issued a public statement detailing the findings of their investigation so far.
