The practitioner has been under investigation since late March 2025 for acts that prosecutors describe as "rapes allegedly committed in 2017" as well as "sexual harassment committed in 2023," according to Le Monde, citing news outlet Franceinfo.
The ten accusations relate to acts that allegedly took place both at the surgeon's clinic, located in Paris's 16th arrondissement, and in private settings, according to the same report.
