Tudigo : la plateforme de financement participatif en redressement judiciaire, des milliers d'investisseurs inquiets

La plateforme de financement participatif Tudigo, basée à Bordeaux, traverse une crise financière majeure. Selon Le Monde, la société s'est déclarée en cessation de paiements fin juillet, avant d'être placée en redressement judiciaire début août.
D'après le quotidien, plus de 26 000 investisseurs ayant utilisé la plateforme pour financer des projets, ainsi que près de 700 actionnaires de la société elle-même, se trouvent affectés par cette situation.
Le Monde indique que les difficultés économiques de Tudigo ont été aggravées par un conflit interne opposant ses deux dirigeants fondateurs. Ce différend, qualifié de « guerre des chefs » par le quotidien, aurait eu des répercussions sur les clients, les actionnaires et les salariés de l'entreprise.
L'ampleur des conséquences pour les investisseurs et les porteurs de projets financés via la plateforme reste à préciser, la procédure de redressement judiciaire étant en cours.
