Original Pogues members Spider Stacy and James Fearnley will join a reader question-and-answer session ahead of the band's greatest hits tour around the UK this autumn, the Guardian reported.
The tour follows a period of uncertainty for the band after frontman Shane MacGowan died in 2023, raising questions about whether the Pogues would continue given his central role and the band's dormancy since 2014.
Since then, remaining original members James Fearnley, Jem Finer and Spider Stacy have led acclaimed reunion performances featuring various guest vocalists standing in for MacGowan.
The Pogues' history dates to the late 1970s, when MacGowan, Stacy and Finer played together in London before the band formally formed in 1982, blending traditional Irish music with the energy of the era's punk scene.
