Russian Diplomat Says Latin American, African and Asian States Must Be Central to UN Security Council Reform

Russian diplomat Kirill Logvinov said that the inclusion of Latin American, African and Asian states must be at the core of any reform of the United Nations Security Council, according to remarks on the current state of reform discussions.
