Russia and the United States plan to hold meetings soon to address irritants in their bilateral relations, Russian ambassador Alexander Darchiev said, according to TASS.
Darchiev specified that the agenda would include visa issues and the return of six Russian properties that, according to Moscow, were seized in the United States, TASS reported.
