Rawalpindi board announces HSSC results with 60.08pc pass rate

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi announced the results of this year's Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) annual examinations on Wednesday, recording an overall pass rate of 60.08 percent.
According to official statistics released during an award ceremony, out of 61,409 candidates who appeared in the exams, 36,896 successfully passed. Female candidates recorded a notably higher pass rate of 67.56 percent compared with the overall average, according to the board.
Further breakdowns of the results, including the male candidates' pass rate and subject-wise performance, were not included in the information released at the ceremony.
