The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has raised its forecast for Italy's economic growth in 2026 to 0.9%, according to the Paris-based organization.
The OECD's forecast for 2027 remains unchanged, with growth projected at 0.6%.
The organization also projected that inflation in Italy will fall from 3% to 2.6% over the period covered by the forecasts.
The updated figures form part of the OECD's regular economic outlook assessments, which track growth and inflation trends across member and partner economies.
