Ukraine claimed responsibility for drone attacks targeting Moscow and its surrounding region on the final day of Russia's parliamentary elections, according to Le Monde. Russian authorities said at least two people were killed in the attack and that a major oil refinery was damaged.
Separately, a Russian drone struck a house near Kyiv, killing a woman and two children, Le Monde reported.
