The Istanbul Archaeological Museums have been renewed following an extensive restoration project, Turkey's state-run Anadolu Agency reported.
According to the report, the project included individual conservation plans developed for 54,000 tiles housed within the museum complex.
The restoration effort also resulted in the outdoor display of nearly 180 archaeological artifacts, Anadolu Agency said.
