Islamabad's chief traffic officer rewards officer for honesty and patience

Islamabad's Chief Traffic Officer (CTO), Kainat Azhar Khan, awarded a commendation certificate and a cash reward to Traffic Officer Muhammad Riaz on Tuesday for performing his duties with honesty, patience and alertness, the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reported.

According to an Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) official cited by APP, the CTO invited Riaz to her office to personally recognise his conduct while on duty, before presenting him with the certificate and reward.

The gesture is part of a broader effort by traffic police departments in Pakistani cities to publicly acknowledge officers who demonstrate good conduct, in an effort to encourage professionalism and public trust in traffic enforcement.
