ذكر موقع "سكاي نيوز عربية" في تقرير تقني نشره ضمن قسمه المخصص للتكنولوجيا أن نقص البروتين في الجسم قد لا يظهر دائماً في صورة الجوع المتكرر أو فقدان الوزن، بل يمكن أن يتجلى من خلال مجموعة متنوعة من العلامات الجسدية التي قد لا يربطها كثيرون بهذا النقص الغذائي.
