وأشار التقرير إلى أن هذا التطور دفع الشركات إلى إعادة النظر في طريقة إجراء مقابلات التوظيف عن بُعد، سعياً لضمان أن تكون التقييمات دقيقة وتعكس مهارات المتقدمين الفعلية بعيداً عن أي مساعدة خارجية قد توفرها برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي أثناء المقابلة.
