Amir Muqam Leaves for Two-Day Visit to Azad Jammu and Kashmir
Federal Minister Amir Muqam has left for a two-day visit to Azad Jammu and Kashmir, where he will lead a rally and meet local leadership.
Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, left for Muzaffarabad on Wednesday for a two-day official visit to Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
During the visit, Muqam is scheduled to lead the "Jeway Pakistan" rally from Kohala to Muzaffarabad. He is also expected to meet with AJK's leadership as part of the trip.
The visit forms part of the federal minister's ongoing engagement with the AJK region, an area that falls under his ministerial portfolio covering Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and the States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) division.
Further details of the visit's agenda beyond the rally and leadership meetings were not immediately available.
