Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, coordinator of Pakistan's Prime Minister's National Message of Peace Committee, has alleged that groups he referred to as "Fitna al-Hindustan" and "Fitna al-Khawarij" were behind recent acts of terrorism in the country, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).
APP reported that Ashrafi claimed the groups were operating from Afghanistan with alleged support from Afghan and Indian elements.
