Zong Partners With ISPES to Launch Smart Waste Management Stations

Pakistani telecom operator Zong has partnered with ISP Environmental Solutions (ISPES) to launch PecoDrop, described as a first-of-its-kind smart waste management station, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan.
The initiative, announced in Islamabad, is intended to integrate technology, data and circular-economy principles into everyday workplace sustainability, APP reported.
The smart recycling stations will be deployed across Zong facilities to enable source-level segregation and recovery of waste, according to the report.
