Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed responsibility for attacks targeting Moscow and its surrounding region, Le Monde reported in a live update on the war in Ukraine.
According to Russian authorities cited by Le Monde, at least two people were killed in the attack and a major oil refinery was damaged.
Separately, in Ukraine, a Russian drone struck a house near the capital Kyiv, killing four civilians, including three children, Le Monde reported.
