Yemen says it shot down Saudi-operated Wing Loong 2 drone
Yemeni military claimed Wednesday it downed another Wing Loong 2 unmanned aircraft operated by Saudi forces.
Yemeni military said Wednesday it shot down a Wing Loong 2 drone belonging to Saudi forces, according to state media. The claim could not be immediately verified.
The Wing Loong 2 is a Chinese-made surveillance and armed drone. Yemen's Houthi-led military has previously claimed responsibility for downing similar aircraft operated by the Saudi-led coalition.
