US Sanctions 10 Entities Over Alleged Support for Iran's Military

The United States has imposed sanctions on ten entities accused of supporting Iran's military, in the latest move in Washington's ongoing pressure campaign against Tehran.

The individuals and firms targeted are based in China, Pakistan, Türkiye, Iran and Saudi Arabia, reflecting the international scope of the network the US Treasury and State Departments allege has helped sustain Iran's military capabilities.

The sanctions are the latest in a series of measures the United States has used to restrict Iran's access to funding, materials and technology that could support its military and weapons programs. Such designations typically freeze any US-based assets held by the sanctioned parties and bar American individuals and companies from doing business with them.
