A UN fact-finding mission investigating Iran said there are reasonable grounds to believe the US military was behind two strikes on a school and sports facility in February that it characterized as war crimes, according to the Guardian.
The same UN mission also found that Iranian authorities committed crimes against humanity during their response to anti-government protests, the report states.
