Ukrainian intelligence chief says North Korea is learning from war to arm itself

Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's Office of the President, said North Korea is drawing on its experience in combat operations related to the Russian-Ukrainian war to improve its own weaponry, according to Ukrinform.
