Ukraine targeted Moscow and the surrounding region with a large-scale attack involving hundreds of drones on the final day of Russia's parliamentary elections, The Guardian reported.
The attack killed at least three people and damaged what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described as one of Russia's "key oil industry facilities," authorities said, according to the report.
The Guardian noted that doubts surround initial reports that ballistic missiles were also used in the attack.
