Ukraine Says It Has Detailed Plans of Expected Russian Attacks on Energy Sector This Winter

Ukraine's energy minister has said that the country possesses detailed plans of Russia's expected attacks on its energy sector during the coming winter, according to Ukrinform.

The minister said Russia has prepared a detailed plan for strikes targeting Ukraine's power generation facilities, heating systems, water supply, wastewater treatment, and other energy infrastructure, as the two countries approach another winter of the ongoing war.
