Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said Sunday, September 20, that Russia must bear full responsibility for a humanitarian catastrophe in the temporarily occupied town of Oleshky, according to Ukrinform.
Sybiha said Russia is the only obstacle preventing an evacuation from Oleshky, located in the Kherson region, Ukrinform reported.
