Ukraine's armed forces say Russian troops suffered an additional 1,540 combat losses over the past day, according to figures published by Ukrinform.

The report places Russia's total combat personnel losses since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, at approximately 1,523,980 as of September 24, 2026.

These figures are compiled and released by Ukraine's General Staff and have not been independently verified by neutral third parties.
