The crowdfunding platform Tudigo, based in Bordeaux, is going through a major financial crisis. According to Le Monde, the company declared insolvency in late July, before being placed in judicial receivership in early August.

According to the newspaper, more than 26,000 investors who used the platform to finance projects, as well as nearly 700 shareholders of the company itself, are affected by this situation.

Le Monde indicates that Tudigo's economic difficulties were worsened by an internal conflict between its two founding executives. This dispute, described as a "leadership war" by the newspaper, reportedly had repercussions on the company's clients, shareholders, and employees.

The full extent of the consequences for investors and project promoters funded via the platform remains to be clarified, with the judicial receivership procedure still ongoing.
