Türkiye's Aselsan Showcases Electronic Warfare and Radar Payloads on Bayraktar TB2 Drones

Turkish defense firm Aselsan has demonstrated advanced electronic warfare and radar payload systems integrated with Baykar's Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicles, according to a report by Anadolu Agency.

The demonstration featured two Aselsan-developed pods — named Antidot and Fulmar — mounted on the TB2 drones, the report said. According to Anadolu Agency, the systems are designed to detect, jam, and image targets during operations.

The live trial showcased the capabilities of the pods in real-world conditions, Anadolu Agency reported, though further technical specifications of the Antidot and Fulmar systems were not detailed in the report.

Aselsan is one of Türkiye's leading state-affiliated defense electronics companies, while Baykar is known internationally for its Bayraktar TB2 combat drones, which have been used in various conflicts and exported to multiple countries.
