The Sudanese Armed Forces reported that Rapid Support Forces (RSF) conducted drone attacks targeting residential areas and civilian facilities in Blue Nile state, according to Anadolu Agency. The army stated that the strikes hit the state capital Damazin.

The report comes amid the ongoing conflict between the Sudanese military and the RSF, a paramilitary group, which has claimed thousands of lives and displaced millions across the country since April 2023.
