Deux jeunes femmes ont comparu lundi 14 septembre devant la justice à Strasbourg pour l'agression de trois étudiants juifs, survenue en janvier 2024, selon Le Monde.
Cette agression s'était produite dans un contexte de tensions liées au conflit israélo-palestinien, précise le quotidien.
Selon Le Monde, la circonstance aggravante d'antisémitisme, initialement envisagée, a été abandonnée au cours des investigations et n'a pas été retenue lors de l'audience.
Les faits de violence à l'encontre des trois étudiants ont en revanche été reconnus, indique le journal, sans que le mobile antisémite ne soit établi devant le tribunal.
