The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has disconnected four more gas meters in various areas of the city as part of its ongoing efforts to curb gas theft and illegal activities, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).
The action was carried out by the SNGPL's Unaccounted for Gas (UFG) control task force, which intensified its operation as part of a broader crackdown on unauthorized gas usage, APP reported.
During the latest operation, the task force checked a total of 55 gas meters across the targeted areas, the report said.
