Sindh University Opens Admissions for Chinese Language Program

HYDERABAD, Pakistan — The Area Study Centre for East and Southeast Asia at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, has announced admissions to its Chinese Language Program, according to a report by the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).
A university spokesperson said the program is intended to give students and young people the opportunity to learn the Chinese language and culture, while also exploring international educational and career opportunities, APP reported.
The spokesperson said the six-month program would offer courses at basic levels, though further details on the curriculum, fees, or application deadlines were not immediately available in the announcement.
The initiative comes amid ongoing academic and cultural exchange efforts between Pakistan and China. Further information on enrollment procedures is expected to be released by the university in due course.
