The Governor of Sindh, Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, and the Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, paid tribute to Major Raja Aziz Bhatti Shaheed on the occasion of his martyrdom anniversary, according to a statement reported by the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).
Major Aziz Bhatti, a recipient of the Nishan-e-Haider, Pakistan's highest military gallantry award, is remembered for his role in the defence of the country. In their statements, the Governor and Chief Minister described his bravery and supreme sacrifice as an unforgettable chapter in the history of the defence of Pakistan, APP reported.
