Russian diplomat Rodion Miroshnik said the European Union is sponsoring Ukraine's strategy toward what he described as a humanitarian crisis, according to TASS.
The Russian news agency reported that Miroshnik alleged a deliberate provocation of a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine's Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, as well as in parts of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk regions and areas of Russia's Belgorod region.
