New power outages hit three Ukrainian regions on the morning of September 21 following Russian drone and artillery attacks, grid operator Ukrenergo reported, according to Ukrinform.
Separately, about 20 settlements in the Ternopil region lost power because of adverse weather conditions, the report said.
