A drone hit a petrol station in Kyiv early Tuesday, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko, one day after U.S. President Donald Trump announced that Ukraine and Russia had agreed not to target each other's energy infrastructure.
France 24's correspondent in Kyiv noted the ambiguity, saying the attack "underlines the fact that it is not at all clearly defined what falls into the category of energy targets," suggesting disagreement over what facilities qualify for protection under any such agreement.
