Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said it foiled a planned terrorist attack in Donetsk on the day of the State Duma election, according to TASS.
The FSB's Public Relations Center said a Donetsk resident had established contact with officers of Ukraine's SBU security service and voluntarily agreed to assist them in what it described as terrorist activities, TASS reported.
