Russia reports 4.6 million early votes cast ahead of election

Russian Central Election Commission chief Ella Pamfilova reported that more than 4.6 million people cast votes early in the ongoing election, according to state news agency TASS. She noted that over 4.4 million of those votes came from 12 regions where martial law is in effect.
