Russia's defense ministry claimed Wednesday that air defenses intercepted 936 Ukrainian UAVs and seven smart bombs over the past day, according to TASS. The ministry did not provide independent verification of the figures.
Russia has previously claimed destruction of 240,045 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles since the start of the conflict, along with 674 combat aircraft and 284 helicopters, according to the statement. Ukrainian officials have not independently confirmed these figures.
