US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. received $4 million over the past year in book advances from allies connected to the Make America Healthy Again movement, according to a report from The Guardian.
The advances were tied to upcoming books from Skyhorse Publishing, a publishing house owned by Tony Lyons, a friend of Kennedy's who also serves as president of the MAHA Center, a nonprofit describing itself as focused on tackling America's health crisis through education, investigation, innovation and action.

The report notes that in a 2024 ethics filing, Kennedy pledged not to engage in writing, editing, marketing or promotional services for any of these books during his time in government service.
