The charge, which alleged indecent assault against a boy who was 17 at the time, was dropped in a Sydney court on Monday, the newspaper reported. The number of alleged victims in the case has been reduced to five.
The Guardian also reported that the court heard from four people who said they did not witness an alleged offense involving another complainant.
