Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed grief over the death of Chaudhry Bashir Virk, a former federal minister and member of the National Assembly, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).

In a statement, the prime minister said that with the passing of Chaudhry Bashir Virk, the parliament has been deprived of an active member, APP reported.
