A coroner in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, announced the death of a 40-year-old woman associated with the state's ongoing measles outbreak, in what appears to be the third such death in the outbreak, The Guardian reported.
Two previous deaths in the outbreak involved infants; one had a genetic condition that made her vulnerable to infection, while the second died of a ruptured spleen after being infected, according to the report.
