Pakistan's FIA arrests fugitive after 14-year hunt in visa fraud case
The suspect allegedly defrauded a complainant of over 1.6 million rupees with a promise to arrange his brother's travel to France.
Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad Zone arrested a proclaimed offender in Gujrat after a 14-year manhunt, in a fraud case involving more than 1.665 million rupees, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP).
An FIA official told APP that the accused, identified as Abdul Rehman Abid Sahi, had been sought over an alleged promise to send the complainant's brother to France, APP reported.
