Pakistan's geographical location offers a strong opportunity to develop its maritime sector and strengthen its role in regional and global trade, former SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Iftikhar Ali Malik said, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan.
In a statement issued in Lahore, Malik said the country's Arabian Sea coastline and its three major ports, Karachi Port, Port Qasim and Gwadar, could support this growth, APP reported.
