Pakistan's leadership commended military operations against militant groups in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that resulted in 10 deaths.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday praised security forces for operations against what they described as "Indian-backed Fitna-al-Khwarij" in Hangu and North Waziristan districts, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan.
The military operations resulted in the elimination of 10 militants, the officials said.
