A company linked to Australia's One Nation party built a $56,000 shed on the central Queensland property of James Ashby, Pauline Hanson's former chief of staff and now the party's national director, according to documents cited by The Guardian.
Ashby also drives a new Ford Ranger that was personally gifted to One Nation by Hancock Agriculture chief executive Adam Giles in April, and is the main pilot of a plane donated by Gina Rinehart, The Guardian reported. Ashby has said the vehicle and plane are not for personal use, according to the report.
Hanson said the vehicle would help the party's campaign efforts ahead of the next federal election, The Guardian said.
