A man has been placed under formal investigation for the killing of his former partner and her infant in Seine-Saint-Denis, France, according to Le Monde.
Le Monde reported that the 39-year-old suspect was arrested while in possession of belongings of the victim, and is being prosecuted for the murder of a former partner and of a minor under 15.
