Israeli opposition leader Avigdor Liberman said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu bears responsibility for the events of Oct. 7, 2023, and should leave office, according to a report by Anadolu Agency.

Liberman, who leads the Yisrael Beiteinu party, said the government partners who were in power at the time of the Oct. 7, 2023 events should not be part of the next government following elections set for Oct. 27, the report said.
