Les prix du riz brisé ont atteint leur niveau le plus élevé depuis février 2025, selon des informations rapportées par RFI dans sa chronique des matières premières diffusée le 20 septembre.
Cette hausse s'explique en premier lieu par une demande accrue en provenance de la Chine et des Philippines, deux importants pays importateurs de riz.
L'augmentation des coûts de l'énergie, et en particulier ceux liés au transport, contribue également à cette tendance haussière, selon la même source.
