This announcement comes as Russian air defense claims to have detected approximately 350 Ukrainian drones heading toward Moscow during the night of Thursday to Friday, according to a report issued by the mayor of the Russian capital, Sergey Sobyanin.
According to Russian authorities cited, this wave of aerial attacks took place as legislative elections began in Russia, with the first day of voting coinciding with the drone offensive reported by Moscow.
